These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agency Growth Platform (the "Platform"), operated for marketing agencies to manage their own clients ("Sub-Accounts") under their own brand. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
The Platform provides agencies ("you," "your agency") with tools to manage contacts, sales pipelines, messaging automation, calendars, landing pages, and invoicing for your own clients. You are responsible for everything you and your team do with the Platform, and for everything your own clients experience through the Sub-Accounts you create.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by anyone you invite to your team.
You are solely responsible for your relationship with your own clients, including obtaining any consents required to contact them (via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS), complying with applicable data protection and messaging regulations in your jurisdiction and theirs, and honoring any commitments you make to them. The Platform provides infrastructure — it does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for content you or your clients create, send, or collect.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment processors (Razorpay/Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. If you connect your own Razorpay/Stripe account to invoice your clients, those payments are between you and your clients — the Platform is not a party to that transaction and does not hold or process those funds.
You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited spam, violate WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or any messaging provider's terms, distribute malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between you and your own clients.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
